Moth - letterpress lino print greeting cars

Introducing the newly updated Moth Card. Printed from hand carved a fresh lino block with added details. When opened, the spread-out cards transform into an A5 print, revealing a beautiful design on the back. Printed onto luxurious 300gsm cotton based paper. Paired with G F Smith colorplan envelope.

This batch of moth cards are printed in very limited run, each card came out slightly different.

This design has been printed twice with pink and yellow.

About letterpress machine and how it works:

A cylinder proof press is a printing press that uses a rotating cylinder to transfer ink from a plate to paper. The plate is mounted on a flat bed, and the cylinder is positioned above it. The paper is fed between the cylinder and the plate, and the cylinder rolls over the paper, pressing it against the plate and transferring the ink onto it.
