Hello, I'm Takako.

If you like illustrations, textiles and hand-printed patterns, you're in the right place. I make things you love to love – in small runs, using responsibly-sourced materials, and manufactured with help from local craftspeople.

I came to London from rural southern Japan to study art and design at Central Saint Martins. I had no plans to stay – so guess what happened. I fell in love with London and twenty years later, here I am.

You'll find cards, prints and some textile accesseories in my shop, and news and musings in my blog. If you'd like to place a custom order, just let me know.

My jewellery, homeware and lighting has been sold through the V&A, Liberty of London and Tate Modern shop.

I am excited to launch new range of stationery focuses on illustration. Each designs are made with love and care, printed onto high quality matte cardstock in England. Artworks are made from watercolour paintings and lino prints then collaged together with computer to give depth and distinctive style. With senders message I hope the cards will be kept and treasured like mini-prints.

Lets's work together
I'm available for hire as an illustrator, graphic designer and workshop teacher. Would you like to collaborate on a project? I'd love to hear your ideas.
