Your order will be beautifully and securely wrapped, using recycled materials wherever possible. Then we use couriers such as Evri, DPD and Royal mail to balance cost and reliability. If you’d like other shipping method please be in touch before placing orders.

UK shipping
Shipping 2-5 working days. We have simple 2 standard rates calculated by weights. Anything below 200g is charged at £2.50, above is £5.

International shipping

Shipping rates vary depending on your location. We offer flat rate for different regions for simplicity. Enter your address at checkout to see the cost. Please note some countries may not be eligible for shipping due to customs restrictions or safety concerns. Sadly shipping to US has been paused at this time due to tariff changes.

We are currently not registered VAT therefore we do not charge VAT.

Returns
If you are not happy with the products, you have 14 days to return any item (in its original condition) for a refund or exchange. Please get proof of postage when you do.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, let me know within 24 hours and I'll send you replacement.
